Order and Payment

Placing an order is very simple:

  • Go to the product of your choice
  • Click on the large ‘add to cart’ button
  • Click on ‘view cart’ to continue to the checkout page or browse the webstore for any other items you wish to purchase
  • When your order is complete, enter your details and follow the steps: Enter data, Pay, Complete
  • You will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed

If the ‘add to cart’ button is not visible, the item is not in stock and cannot be ordered.

We offer a range of different payment methods:

We use the Razorpay payment gateway which offers almost all available payment options in India. Debitcard, Creditcard, ApplePay, GooglePay, Paytm etc.
All payments are made within a secure payment environment.

Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped within 24h after order. You can easily track your package with the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Within India we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000. When free shipping is not applicable, the shipping costs have a fixed rate of ₹50.

Different (free) shipping rates apply for other countries. Check here what rates are applicable for your country.

Our company focuses on well-designed products using eco-materials to reduce plastic consumption at workplaces. We also embrace the plastic-free packaging of our products. We only use paper-based and biodegradable materials for our packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

At Dzukou we offer you the opportunity to see if the product is to your liking and return it if this is not the case. This is called the right of withdrawal.

We love our products, and we are confident that you will love them to, that is why at Dzukou.com we offer a 7-day right of withdrawal period.

If you wish to return a product to us, the first step should be to contact us at: info@dzukou.com. We can then advise you on the best way to complete your return. You have the right to return the product within 7 days without reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note that the refund is only applicable for the original purchase amount, including shipping costs. The costs for returning the product are for your own costs.

Warranty

When you order something from Dzukou, you can assume that it is a high-quality product.
Every product is subject to the legal guarantee, this means that a product must do or is what you as a customer can expect from normal use. Besides this all our products have a warranty period of at least two years.

Damage as a result of an accident, improper use and everyday wear are excluded from the warranty.
If your product is broken or not functioning correctly and you wish to make a claim on the warranty, you can contact us at info@dzukou.com. We can then advise you on the best way to complete your return.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we shall notify you if the product is eligible for a replacement or a repair.
